The Scepter Series are made with wrapper leaf from Ecuador, shade-grown binder from Connecticut and a filler blend containing three leaves of Dominican and one leaf of Peruvian tobaccos.

The filler blend is a heavy one, and aged four to five years, according to Davidoff, and contains approximately 75 percent ligero leaf, the strongest type of tobacco.
